摘要
本研究旨在制备并评价生物可吸收防粘连膜。采用透明质酸钠和羟乙基纤维素为主要原料,以透明质酸钠的分子量、投料比、交联剂加入量为考察因素,以膨胀倍数及最大断裂力为指标,利用正交试验法优化可吸收防粘连膜制备工艺,评价膜性能。最佳的制备工艺采用2 000 kD透明质酸钠,投料比1/1,交联剂加入量为50μl/ml,其在大鼠模型中表现出显著的防粘连效果。该膜具有较高的机械强度,防粘连效果显著。
To prepare and evaluate the absorbable anti-adhesion film.Hyaluronic acid (HA)and hydroxyethyl cellulose (HEC) were used as main raw material,while the orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the preparation process with HA molecular weight, HA-HEC ratio,crosslinker concentration as study factors.The optimal preparation conditions were as follow:2000 kD HA,HA/HEC 1/1 ,crosslinker concentration was 0.5 μl/mL.Moreover,this film was effective for rat model in anti-adhesion.The absorbable anti-adhesion film with enough mechanical strength can play an attractive role in anti-adhesion.
