摘要
不同的地区形成了不同的饮食文化特色,沿海、山区、草原等各自显现了不同地域风格。在地域特点的基础上,运用地域的人文景观、历史文化背景来开发特色餐饮项目,可以成功打造本地区的餐饮文化品牌。地处古都南京城南的秦淮河两岸保留着相对完整的秦淮文化,文化色彩丰富的秦淮饮食可以在回归传统基础上创新并实现可持续发展。
Different regions formed different culinary cultures. Coastline,mountains,grasslands and other respective regions all show different styles. Based on the regional characteristic,take the use of local cultural landscape, historical and cultural background to develop the regional food and drink items and the regional culinary brand can be built successfully. Located in the south of the ancient capital,Nanjing Qinhuai River has preserved colorful culture and relatively completely historical and cultural aspects. The article aims to discuss on the innovation and sustainable development of Qinhuai traditional diet.
