地方高职院校创业、创新复合型人才培养模式探讨

Discussion on Training Patterns for Pioneering and Innovative Compound Talents at Local Vocational College

围绕地方高职院校创业、创新复合型人才培养目标,就构建人才培养体系、创业教育师资队伍建设、地方政府主导作用、创业学生失败挫折心理的咨询与治疗等展开讨论,并就该人才培养过程的风险控制机制进行探讨,提出了人才培养模式应该是基于创新人才培养模式的全选课式学分制管理前提下,以校企合作、多专业合作的培养模式。

Centering on the aim for training the pioneering and innovative compound talents at local vocational college, this paper discussed the establishment of talents training system, construction of enterprise education teaching staff, guiding effect of the local authorities, psychological consultation and psychotherapy of the frustrated pioneering students, etc., investigated the risk control mechanism in talents training process, and proposed the talents cultivating patterns based on the cooperation between college and enterprise and multi-specialties coordination on promise of credit system management of the full-selection courses.
