摘要
目的:通过叠鞘石斛多糖的含量研究,比较改良苯酚硫酸法和传统苯酚硫酸法测定多糖的差异。方法:分别进行两种方法的准确度、重复性、精密度、稳定性等试验及测定6批次叠鞘石斛多糖含量。结果:改良苯酚硫酸法测定叠鞘石斛中多糖含量优于传统苯酚硫酸法。结论:改良苯酚硫酸法操作简便、稳定可靠,可用于叠鞘石斛多糖含量的检测。
Objective:To select a more accurate and convenient method of detecting Dendrobium denneanum Kerr.polysaccharide content. Method: The accuracy, repeatability, precision, stability were tested for the two methods, and polysaccharide contents in six batches Dendrobium denneanum Kerr. were detected. Result: The comparison showed that the better method to detect the content was improved phenol sulfuric colorimetric acid method. Conclusion: Improved phenol-sulfuric acid method is more stable and accurate than traditional phenol sulfuric acid colorimetric method, and it can be be used to detect polysaccharide content in Dendrobium denneanum Kerr.
