摘要
目的:建立滋阴活血利咽颗粒的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对丹参、赤芍、黄连、牛蒡子、玄参进行定性鉴别,采用HPLC法测定丹参素钠含量。结果:薄层色谱分离度好,专属性强。丹参素钠的线性范围为0.2322～2.322μg,平均回收率为97.08%。结论:所建立的方法简便、准确、专属性强、重复性好,可有效控制滋阴活血利咽颗粒的质量。
Objective: To establish the quality standard of 'Zi-yin-huo-xue-li-yan' granules. Method: TLC was used qualitative identify Danshen, Chishao, Huanglian, Niubangzi and Xuanshen. HPLC was used to detect the content of Sodium Danshensu. Result: The result of TLC was separable and specific. The standard curve was linear in the range of 0.2322 μg～2.322μg for Sodium Danshensu. The average recovery was 97.08%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, specific, reproducible and can be applied in the quality control of 'Zi-yin-huo-xue-li-yan' granules.
