摘要
高速公路出入口匝道选址不合理,会造成拥挤、延误等问题,甚至不利于城市经济的发展。文中提出的城郊高速公路出入口匝道选址模型,以得到高速公路入口匝道的最佳位置。按照行政区域划分出入口匝道连接片区;利用人口、人均国内生产总值和社会消费品零售总额3个指标计算各片区重要度。计算所有片区重要度平均值,将重要度大于平均值的片区作为连接片区。按照道路等级选择连接片区内可连接的道路类型,根据饱和度确定可连接道路。根据高速公路出立交匝道间距为确定城郊高速公路出入口匝道的布设位置。这一方法确保了高速公路主线、出入口匝道、连接道路三者车流的安全与通畅,以及城市经济的良好发展。
The paper introduces a freeway ramp location selection method,which is developed for urban freeways to decrease traffic accidents and traffic delay and to promote economic development.After choosing the street as the rank of the administrative region,this method divides it into potential ramp connection areas.Then,it calculates important degree of potential ramp connection areas based on population,GDP and social retail goods.Areas with higher degree than the average of the important degree are determined as ramp connection areas.The paper selected connection road types based on design capacity and traffic saturation to determine potential connection roads.The distance between adjacent ramps is used to determine the type of connection roads.A case study of Nanjing Airport Freeway verifies the feasibility and validity of the proposed method based on a field investigation.The result shows that the freeway ramp location selection method improves traffic efficiency as well as safety,thus contributing to the regional economy.
