摘要
在回顾前人对城市道路拥堵判别的理论和实证研究的基础上,运用边界矩形法识别道路,划分拥堵标准,并根据各道路的拥堵隶属度确定其拥堵级别以及拥堵的时间段,建立了道路拥堵判别模型。此外,利用此模型,以深圳市某一地区的出租车GPS实测数据为例进行实证研究,筛选出拥堵的路段、路口以及每条道路拥堵的时段。应用模型分析的结果表明:模型可以客观分析道路交通状况,有效判别道路拥堵。
First,this paper reviews previous urban road congestion discrimination on the basis of theoretical and empirical research.Then,it uses bounding rectangle to recognize road,divides congestion standards,and determines the level and the time of road congestion in accordance with the road congestion membership,establishes a road congestion discrimination model.In addition,by using this model,,the paper takes the taxi GPS measured data of an area of Shenzhen as an example for empirical study,selecting out the congestion sections,crossing,and the congestion periods of each road.The result shows that this model can objectively analyze the traffic conditions,and effectively identify road congestion.
