摘要
目的通过正交实验优化黄芩苷滴丸的成型工艺。方法以滴丸的溶散时限、圆整度及丸重差异等作为综合评定指标,优选出滴丸成型工艺。结果黄芩苷滴丸制备过程的最佳工艺条件为:以PEG4000∶PEG6000(2∶1)为基质,药物-基质1∶6配比,料温90℃,液体石蜡为冷却剂,冷却液温度10℃为最佳条件。结论该成型工艺成品率高,符合滴丸的质量要求,可用于黄芩苷滴丸制备。
Objective To study the optimum techniques of the baicalin dripping pills. Methods The PEG4000 and PEG6000 was chosen as primary substance and the pill weight,degree of circular,time limit and appearance quality were chosen as indexes to optimize the formation technology of dripping pills. Results Dripping pills made from the optimal formula was round. The best mixture ratio of the drug and matrix is 1∶ 6,the mixture ratio of PEG4000 and PEG6000 is 2∶ 1,the liquid of cooling is paraffin liquid,the temperature of drug liquid is 90 ℃,the temperature of the nozzle is 10 ℃. Conclusion This preparation method is simple,convenient and can be controlled easily. It is suitable for both the laboratory test and industrial production.
