摘要
英语习语蕴含着本民族丰富的文化色彩被广泛应用于人们的日常交际中,因此正确理解习语及其所附带的文化信息显得尤为重要。本文通过对全日制大一学生的一次试卷调查发现文化因素是理解习语的关键;在此基础上,提出具体的教学措施。
Containing the national culture, English idioms are widely used in people’s daily life. Thus, it is very important to understand them and their corresponding cultural information. The thesis mainly conducts a paper survey for the freshmen and concludes that‘culture’ is the key factor for them to acquire idioms. And then the paper put forwards two corresponding teaching measures.
