Causes and countermeasures of communication barriers of Uygur and Han nationality

在不同民族的跨文化交际中,交际双方由于文化等诸多方面的差异,往往产生障碍。本文试分析了维吾尔族同汉族交际障碍产生的成因并对如何消除这些障碍提出了一些建议。

In intercultural communication of different ethnic groups, communication both sides because of differences in many aspects of culture, often cause obstacles. This article tries to analyze the causes of communication barriers of Uygur and Han nationality and some suggestions on how to eliminate these obstacles is proposed.
