摘要
以空间索杆铰接式伸展臂的限位锁定机构为研究对象,在探究其组成及工作原理的基础上,对机构的错位锁定失效与初始运动条件进行了分析,构建了机构防错位锁定可靠性模型与运动功能可靠性模型.前者综合考虑尺寸、装配误差和构件变形对机构锁定功能的影响,用一次二阶矩法得到可靠性指标;后者结合具体的锁定过程,对滑销运动前、后两个阶段进行了可靠性分析.最后利用伸展臂结构的有关数据,计算出相应的可靠度.
Base on the structure and working principle of the limit-locking mechanism with space cable-strut deployable articulated mast,the dislocation locking failure and initial movement condition were analyzed.The mechanism anti-dislocation locking reliability model and the movement function reliability model were established.In the process of calculating reliability index of the former,the method of MFOSM(Mean First Order Second Moment)was used considering the factors such as size,assembly error,and space environment influence.The latter analyzed the slide pin's movement reliabilities of the earlier and later stages combined with specific locking events.Finally,the corresponding reliability is calculated according to the data from deployable mast.
