小管径铜管在家用热泵热水器蒸发器中的应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 本文对家用热泵热水器蒸发器中以5 mm铜管替代目前最常用的9.52 mm铜管的可行性进行了研究和分析。采用现有的蒸发器计算模型设计了性能相当的两款蒸发器(9.52 mm铜管蒸发器和5 mm铜管蒸发器)并进行了对比分析,结果表明:5 mm铜管应用于家用热泵热水器蒸发器完全可以达到9.52 mm铜管蒸发器的换热性能,5 mm铜管蒸发器所需管材更少,重量更轻,成本更低。热泵热水器蒸发器采用小管径铜管,是降低成本、减轻重量、提升热泵热水器市场竞争力的有效手段。 The feasibility research was carried on replacing 9.52 mm copper tube with 5 mm copper tube in the evaporator of household heat pump water heater. Base on the present simulation mode, two types of evaporators(9.52 mm copper tube evaporator and 5 mm copper tube evaporator) were designed under the similar heat transfer performance. The cost of the two types of evaporators were analyzed. The research results indicated that less tubes, lighter weight and lower cost are needed for the 5 mm copper tube evaporator. Applying the smaller diameter copper tubes in the evaporator of heat pump water heater is an effective method to reduce the cost and weight and to enhance the market competiveness of heat pump water heater.
