摘要 通过测量在不同空气/水流量、不同安装角度下,插孔式分流器、圆锥式分流器、反射式分流器各出口液相流体的流量,得到两相流体流量、安装角度对分流器性能的影响。插孔式分流器的分流性能受安装角度影响很大,适宜垂直安装;在垂直安装时,其性能随着流量的增加而变差,适合低流量的空调器。圆锥式分流器的分流性能受安装角度影响较小,在30°安装时,性能最佳;其性能随流量的增加变好,适合高流量的空调器。反射式分流器的分流性能受安装角度的影响较小;在倾斜安装时,其性能随流量的增加而变差,适合低流量的空调器。 The liquid flow rate at the outlet of jack-type distributor, cone-type distributor and reflect-type distributor was measured under test conditions of different air/water flow rates and different installation angles, and the influences of two-phase flow rate and installation angle on diffluence performance were analyzed. For the jack-type distributor, the diffluence performance is greatly affected by the installation angle. When the jack-type distributor is installed vertically, the diffluence performance reaches the best, and it becomes worse as the flow rate increases, which means jack-type distributor is suitable for air conditioner with low refrigerant flow rate. For the cone-type distributor, diffluence performance is little affected by the installation angle, and it reaches the best when the installation angle is 30°. The performance becomes better as the flow rate increases, which means cone-type distributor is suitable for air conditioner with high refrigerant flow rate. For the reflect-type distributor, diffluence performance is little affected by the installation angle, and the performance becomes worse as the flow rate increases under the condition of oblique installation, which means reflect-type distributor is suitable for air conditioner with low refrigerant flow rate.
