福建沿海多板类齿舌形态的比较研究 被引量:9

摘要 多板纲(Polyplacophora)在软体动物的系统分类中具有重要的地位.应用10%NaOH溶液烧煮齿舌部获得可清晰观察的舌齿带的方法,对福建沿海7种常见多板类软体动物的齿舌(radula)形态作了详细的比较研究,结果表明,多板类齿舌上每一横列舌齿恒为17枚,对称排列,其中以内侧齿端部形态的种间差异显著,在系统分类上具有重要意义.在国内首次根据多板类软体动物的齿舌形态差异及外部形态特征编制福建沿海多板类软体动物分类检索表,并提出与传统分类不同的观点. Polyplacophora bears very important position in the taxonomy of Mollusca. The morphology of the radula obtained from anatomizing and being cooked in 10% NaOH solution,was compared in detail among seven common species of molluscan ployplacophora in Fujian coast on the basis of microscopic observation in the present work. The results indicated that there are always 17 teeth of each row symmetrically arrayed in the radula of polyplacophora,among which the interior lateral teeth showed significant interspecific differences in morphology. This is very important in taxon system. The key of polyplacophora in Fujian coast was first made on the base of interspecific differences in radular morphology of ployplacophora in China. This key includedIschnochiton comptus Gould and Lepidozona coreanica Reeve which belong to Ischnochitonidae;Liolophura japonica Lischke andOnithochiton hirasei Pilsbry which belong to Chitonidae;Placiphorella japonica Dall andMopalia retifera Thiele which belong to Mopaliidae;Acanthochiton rubrolineatus Lischke which belong to Cryptoplacidae. Futhermore,new opinions different from traditional classification were advanced.
