A Probe into Reforms of Teaching Practice in Normal Universities

分析我国教育实习的现状,探讨近年来世界发达国家教育实习改革的趋势,构建符合教育规律的教育实习理论和实践体系,应采取一系列相应措施:合理安排课程,加强教育实习前的理论、方法、技术、心理准备;改进教学方法,注重理论联系实践,培养教育教学能力;扩展教育实践形式,加强与实习基地联系,对教育实习合作管理,实习模式多样化。

By analyzing the reality of teaching practice in China and investigating the tendency of the educational practice in the developed countries in recent years, the authors think that in order to set up a system of theory and practice of educational practice in accordance with educational law, a series of measures should be taken. These measures are as followings:1) arranging practical curriculum reasonably and laying stress on theoretical, technical and psychological preparations prior to teaching practice. 2) improving teaching methods, paying attention to combinating theory with practice, and cultivating the educational and teaching abilities of students.3) thinking of the multiplication of the forms and patterns of teaching practice, strengthening connection with the base of practice and the management of cooperation in teaching practice.
