摘要
从重视理论教学、教学方法手段的多样化、注重师生情感交流、优化考核制度等方法来提高学生对耐久跑的兴趣。
Considering that durable running is dull, we should try to take some measures to increase the interestes of students in durable running. These measures include strengthening the theoretical teaching, paying attention to the diversity of teaching methods, laying stress on the communication between the teachers and students, optimizing the exam system and so on.
