BSC视角下基于模糊积分的电子银行绩效评价研究

Ztudy on Performance Evaluation of Electronic Banking Based on Fuzzy Integral from the Perspective of BSC

平衡计分卡(Balanced Scorecard,简写为"BSC")以其有效性、高产出性已在企业管理中得到了广泛的认可,本文将其引入到电子银行的绩效分析中来,并设计了电子银行绩效的评价指标体系,由于各指标间存在关联性,并不是独立的,因此选取模糊积分方法对电子银行绩效进行评价。通过案例分析指出电子银行发展中绩效考评存在的问题,并提出相应的策略,以加强我国电子银行绩效管理,切实提高电子银行的经营效益,加快电子银行发展的质量与速度及与国际化接轨的步伐。

Balanced scorecard(BCS) has been widely recognized in corporation management because of effectiveness and high output.BSC is introduced to the performance evaluation of electronic banking.And the evaluation index system of the electronic banking is designed.Furthermore,electronic banking performance is evaluated by fuzzy integral method,which does not demand the independence among index.The problems of performance assessment are showed up in the development of electronic banking by a case analysis.The corresponding strategies are proposed in order to strengthen the performance management of electronic banking,to improve the operational effectiveness of electronic banking,to speed up the international cooperation of electronic banking.
