摘要
当前,学前教育被置于国家教育发展中的重要位置,而农村学前教育发展则是重中之重。要促进农村学前教育的发展,必须首先了解当前农村学前教育发展中面临的困境,即宏观上农村学前教育机构严重不足、幼儿入园率较低、微观上教育教学场地和设备缺乏、课程设置与教学内容"小学化"、教育教学管理制度缺失或落实不到位以及师资不足、待遇差、流动性强等。必须从强化政府责任和更新幼儿家长教育观念两方面入手,采取相应措施,才能解决上述问题,不断促进农村学前教育的发展。
Currently,preschool education is placed an important position in the development of national education,and preschool education development in rural areas is the priority among priorities.To develop the preschool education in rural areas,we must understand the current problems of preschool in rural areas,such as macroscopically on rural preschool education,serious shortage of child admission rate low,microcosmic on educational and teaching facilities and equipment,lack of the curriculum and teaching content of 'primary school',teaching management system is missing or implement to reach the designated position and the shortage of teachers,poor treatment,mobility,etc.we must strengthen the government responsibility and update the parents education ideas in order to promote the development of rural preschool education.
