创新是企业生存和发展的根本,随着中国经济的不断发展,协同创新已经慢慢成为企业创新发展的新选择,企业与不同社会个体之间形成紧密的创新合作关系,为企业创新发展提供了更加广阔的空间和充分的资源。本文重点作为教学案例,重点分析在协同创新过程中,政府参与企业创新的不同方式对企业创新活动的影响,通过建立标准的时间—成本—回报模型,得出结论:政府可以通过参与方式的选择激励或者反向激励企业从事创新活动。这说明政府在企业的协同创新活动中仍然可以扮演重要的角色。

Innovation is regarded as the basic development and survival of the enterprise,with the continuous development of the China's economy,Collaborative Innovation has slowly become the new option for the development of the enterprise innovation,has formed cooperative relationships between the enterprise and different individuals in society,which provides a broader space and adequate resource for the development of the enterprise innovation.This paper focuses on the impact of the enterprise innovation activity,which the government is involved in different ways during the process of collaborative innovation.Through the establishment of standard time-cost-reward model,it comes to the result that: the government can engage in innovation activities by choosing the modalities of entrepreneurial activity,participation incentives,or the reverse incentive to enterprises.This shows that the government still can play a significant role in collaborative innovation activities of enterprises.
