本文首先就TECC的概念起源以及国内学者关于概念的讨论进行了阐述,在阐述的基础上,进一步分析了TFCC的理论发展和实践应用,更多地着眼在对其问题的探究。最后,从我国的应用角度,结合我国的社会、文化条件,对TECC的研究和实践提出指导性的思考。

This article firstly elaborated on the concept origin of TECC as well as discussions by domestic scholars about the concept. These descriptions contribute to a better understanding and grasp of the key issues of TECC.Then it analyzed the TECC theory development and its practical application.What is more,it focused on the discussion of its defect.Finally,the thinking of how to increase the level of the TECC research and practice is given.
