摘要
针对上海市突发环境事件逐年上升的趋势,根据上海市2000-2008年突发环境事件统计数据,采用风险频数及相关指标并结合GIS分析工具等分析方法,对上海市过去9年突发性环境事件时空格局进行分析,给出了时空格局特征。并进一步结合社会经济分析,探讨影响其发生及变化的主要因素。结果表明,上海市突发环境事件频繁发生,空间分异显著,结构性和布局性环境风险仍是上述时空格局的关键影响因素。研究可为上海市开展突发性环境事件的风险防范和预警提供理论支持。
Aimed at the increase of abrupt environmental incidents year by year and based on environmental statistics data from 2000 to 2008 in Shanghai,the index of ' risk frequency' and other relative indicators combined with GIS were used to analyze the temporal and spatial patterns of abrupt environmental incidents in the past 9 years,and the features were obtained.More combined with social and economic reasons,the factors affecting the occurrence and change were analyzed.The results showed that:the risk frequency of abrupt environmental incidents increased frequently;the spatial distribution pattern of risk among the districts was extremely different;structural environmental risk was still the key factor affecting the temporal and spatial patterns.The study can provide theoretical support for preventing risk and early warning in abrupt environmental incidents of Shanghai.
