中国东北地区城市公众气候变化意识的初步分析

Evaluation of Climate Change Awareness of Urban People in Three Capital Cities of Northeast China

通过问卷调查,对我国东北地区省会城市公众的气候变化意识情况进行了具体分析。结果发现:多数城市公众了解基本的气候变化知识,获取气候变化信息的主渠道为电视、广播和报纸;多数城市公众认为目前气候变化形势较严峻,个人能为减缓气候变化做出贡献;多数公众对科学技术减缓气候变化的作用持积极态度;接近一半的公众认为我国经济发展的重要性大于减缓气候变化的重要性;城市公众的气候变化知识和对气候变化问题所持态度对其减缓气候变化自觉行为指导性不强。建议政府应该采取多种途径加强城市公众气候变化教育,在教育中以加强城市公众减缓气候变化行为参与度为主。

Based on the questionnaire survey which was about citizen's awareness of climate change,this paper analyzed the climate change awareness of urban people in three capital cities of northeast China.The results showed that most urban people understood the basic knowledge of climate change.TV,broadcast and newspaper are the three main channels that provide the information of climate change to the urban people.Most urban people thought that climate change was a serious problem and science and technology can give some help for mitigating climate change.Nearly half of the interviewees thought that developing economy was more important than mitigating climate change.There was little relation between urban people's knowledge about climate change and urban people' s behaviors to respond to climate change.Therefore,the government needs to strengthen climate change education for urban people in various ways.In the climate change education,the most important thing is encoaraging urban people to participate in the activities of mitigating climate change.
