低碳城市发展规划中的问题与相关措施初步研究

Preliminary Study on Low-carbon Urban Planning Development Issues and Related Measures

当前,全球正面临越加严重的气候变化和资源环境的巨大压力,传统外延性增长的城市发展模式已难以适应新形势下的发展要求,随着中国政府提出"转方式,调结构"的重要发展理念,低碳城市将作为一个新的城市发展模式在当前一定历史阶段影响着世界不同国家的未来发展。本文首先对"低碳城市"的概念深入剖析,了解其深刻内涵,并通过对影响低碳城市的相关理论进行论述,详细分析当今世界不同国家和地区在"低碳城市"规划建设经验,探究我国当前城市规划在促进"低碳城市"建设方面所存在的问题,并针对相关问题提出相关措施和建议。

Currently,the whole globe is facing a huge pressure from the increasing serous climate change and resources environment, and the development mode of the traditional sprawling growth finds it hard to adapt to the development requirements in the new situation. With the significant development concept proposed of 'transforming the mode and restructuring' by the Chinese government,lowcarbon city,as a new urban development mode,will affect the future development of different countries in the world in the present historical stage.The present paper first makes an in-depth analysis of the concept of low-carbon city to understand its profound connotation, expounds on the related theories that affect low-carbon cities,then conducts a detailed analysis on the experience in low-carbon urban planning and construction of different countries and regions in the present world,explores the problems in the promotion of the construction of low-carbon cities in the current urban planning in China,and finally,proposes relevant measures and suggestions to address the related problems.
