摘要
研究目的:随着当前经济的快速发展,国家的工业化和城市化进程加快,为满足地方的经济发展建设,设立大量的经济开发园区,产生了开发园区的土地集约利用水平参差不齐,园区内的土地利用效率低下,大量土地闲置,土地供需矛盾日益突出,土地资源利用压力越来越大。研究方法:针对上述问题,本文以辽宁省某开发区为例,采用基于模糊综合评价方法对开发园区土地集约利用状况进行测算。研究结果:采用模糊综合评价方法测算的土地利用状况、用地效益、管理绩效等级为集约利用阶段。研究结论:通过模糊综合评价方法测算得出该开发区属于节约集约利用阶段,建议园区应继续加大投资力度,提高土地利用率。
Objective:Along with the rapid economic development,national industrialization and urbanization process accelerate.To meet the local economic development and construction,the establishment of substantial economic development zone,results in the different levels of intensive land use in the zone,low land-use efficiency,the large ameunt of idle land,and more prominent contradiction between supply and demand of land,and bigger pressure in land resources use.Methods-.According to the above problems,this paper taking a development zone in Liaoning province as an example,based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,calculates the potential development zone.Results:the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to calculate the management of land use status, land use efficiency and management performance level for the intensive-use phase.Research conclusion:through the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the development zone that belongs to the economical and intensive utilization of stage is measured;it suggests the zone should continue to increase investment and improve the land utilization.
