摘要
资源水价是目前水价研究的难点之一,本文采用模糊数学模型,对青岛市资源水价进行了估算。结合青岛市的实际情况,选取水质、人均水量、经济水平、人口密度、可替代水资源量作为影响资源水价的评价指标。并根据本地区特点确定了各影响因素的权重。计算得出,青岛市的资源水价为3.05元/t,总水价为4.65元/t。
Water resource price is one of the difficult problems of water price research currendy.The water resource price of Qingdao City was calculated by fuzzy mathematics in this paper.Water quality,per capita water supply,economic level,population density, and alternative water resources were selected as evaluation index of water resource influencing factors.According to the present situation and region characteristics of Qingdao,weigh coefficients of all these factors were determined.The results show that the water resource price of Qingdao is 3.05 Yuam/m^3 and total water price is 4.65 Yuan/m^3.
