摘要
本文通过介绍低碳经济的内涵和我国目前的减排困境,初步分析了减排的可行性路径。借助数学模型,把减排的边际成本作为主要衡量指标,比较分析了各路径的经济绩效,并指出,碳排放指标交易市场上排放指标的均衡价格实质上就是减排的机会成本。
This paper introduces the essence of low-carbon economy and the dilemma our country encounters,on the basis of which a preliminary analysis of possible emission reduction paths is conducted.With the help of mathematical model and the measurable indicator of marginal cost of emission reduction,the performance of each path is analyzed.At last,the fact that the essence of equilibrium price on the carbon? emission targets? market happens to be the marginal cost of emission reduction is revealed.
