摘要
环境管理与企业绩效关系的研究缺乏一致结论,学者和实践者们呼吁更多关于不同情境下环境战略和绩效关系的研究。本文研究了中国情境下制造企业环境战略、环境绩效与经济绩效的关系。实证研究发现:中国制造企业对环境战略越重视,企业越能获得好的环境绩效;而好的环境绩效也会带来高的经济绩效;市场重点与竞争强度对环境绩效与经济绩效的关系具有调节作用,而企业规模对中国制造企业的环境绩效和经济绩效之间的关系无调节作用。这一研究结果可以促使中国制造企业增强环保投入方面的信心和积极性。
The scholars disagreed on the relationship between environmental management with business performance.Scholars and practitioners have called for more studies about the relationship between the above variables in the different situations.This paper studies the relationship of environmental strategy,environmental performance and financial performance of Chinese manufacturing enterprises.The findings of empirical study are that the more attention Chinese manufacturing enterprises pay to environmental strategy,the higher environmental performance is;high environmental performance will also have a high financial performance;market focus and competition intensity moderate the relationship between environmental and financial performance,but size of company does not.The results can motivate Chinese manufacturing enterprises to make efforts to do environmental management.
