桑枝、蚕沙、畜禽粪便等是蚕桑和畜牧生产不可避免的副产物,是潜在的主要环境污染源之一。蚕桑畜禽副产物仍含有丰富的有用成分,可作为次级生产的原料参与另一生产循环过程,实现资源无害化循环利用和转化增值。循环模式为:桑枝、蚕沙栽培食用菌;桑园间作种草,饲草、蚕沙、剩余桑叶饲养家禽、家畜;食用菌菌渣、畜禽粪便养殖蚯蚓,蚓体是高级饲料蛋白,用于畜牧生产,蚓粪是优质肥料,用于桑叶和饲草等农业生产。

Acting as inevitable by-products of sericulture and animal husbandry,the mulberry branches,silkworm faece and animal manure are harmful potential environmental pollution source.There are rich useful composition in those by-products.They can be used in another production course in order to utilize harmlessly and increase the value.The circulation model is as follows:the branches and silkworm faece are used to cultivate domestic fungi.Grass is intercropped in mulberry fields.Grass,silkworm faeces and rest mulberry leaves are used as animal feed.The fungi waste and animal manure can be used to cultivate earthworm.The earthworm body are excellent animal food protein for animal production and the manure are excellent fertilizer for mulberry production and grass production.
