基于偏离-份额分析法的新疆工业结构研究

Study on Xinjiang Industrial Structure Based on Shift-share Analysis

本文选取了新疆33个工业部门,采用偏离-份额分析法,对1997-2001年和2002-2009年两个时段的工业结构体系变化进行了对比研究。通过对各部门的结构偏离分量和竞争偏离分量等指标的计算,并结合新疆工业发展的实际情况,得出以下结论:新疆工业部门整体结构较好,但竞争力偏低,主导产业不明确,朝阳产业不突出。针对上述问题,提出以下三点对策建议:①采用新技术,增加产品附加值,提高部门竞争力;②确定主导产业和支柱产业,发挥主导产业的带动作用;③培育高新技术产业、朝阳产业,促进产业的升级换代。

This study selects the 33 industrial sectors in Xinjiang to make a comparisom study of the changes of industrial structure with shift–share analysis in the two periods from 1997 to 2001 and from 2002 to 2009.Through the calculation of the structure deviation component and competition deviation component of the sectors,combining the actual situation of industrial development in Xinjiang,the study finds the following conclusions: The overall structure of Xinjiang industrial sector is good,but the competitive strength is low;the leading industry is not clear;the sunrise industry is not obvious.In view of the above analysis,the following three countermeasures are put forthe: ①Adopting new technology,increasing the added value of products and improving sectors' competitiveness.②Determining the dominant industry and the pillar industry so as to play a leading role in promoting the industry.③Cultivating high-tech industry and sunrise industry and promoting the upgrade of industry.
