产业集群与区域经济差异的实证研究

Empirical Research on Industrial Clusters and Regional Economic Disparities

20世纪90年代以来,产业集群作为富有竞争力的产业组织形式在我国迅速发展,已经成为区域经济发展的重要驱动力。本文采用1999—2009年的省级面板数据对构成产业集群的重要因素与区域经济增长的内在性进行实证分析,进而说明产业集群与区域经济差异关联性。结果显示:1.我国的产业集群的发育不成熟,还没有形成推动经济增长的持久动力;2.三大区域产业集群的非均衡性造成区域经济发展差异,特别是产业集群的集聚效应、区域创新力以及人力资本积累的差异是造成区域经济发展差异的主要原因。最后,给出了相应政策建议。

Since the 1990s,industrial cluster has become an important driving force as a competitive forms of industrial organization in China's rapid development.This paper uses provincial panel data in the period of 1990-2009 to makes an empirical analysis on an important factor of industrial clusters and regional economic growth,then indicates the difference relevance of the industrial cluster and regional economy.The results showed that:First,China's industrial cluster is immature,and has not yet formed a lasting impetus to promote economic growth.Second,the non-equilibrium of the regional industrial clusters caused differences in regional economic development; especially the combined effect of industrial clusters,regional innovation and human capital accumulation are three main causes for differences in regional economic development.Finally,conclusions and policy recommendations are given.
