The Ecological Security of Cultivated Land in China:Crisis and Causes

文章浅述了现阶段我国耕地资源生态安全在数量、质量、环境污染、水土流失及生物多样性等诸方面的主要危象;进一步分析指出,人口的持续增长、节地护地理念淡薄、耕地基础数据不实、城乡建设与经济发展粗放、政策法规欠完善以及自然灾害频发等是导致耕地资源生态安全危机的深层诱因,亟须引起更高关注、采取更加积极有力的应对策略与措施,方能确保国家耕地生态安全。

The total area of cultivated land resources in China is large compared to other countries in the world.But the problem of ecological security of cultivated land resources is increasingly serious;it has affeted the sustainable development of economy and society deeply.The paper outlined the crisis of cultivated land resources at this stage in China,including amount,quality,environmental pollution, soil and water loss,the biological diversity and so on.The paper also analyzed and pointed out the roots that led to the crisis of cultivated resources ecology,including continued growth of population,weak awareness of saving land resources and protecting land, faked basic data of cultivated land,rough development of economy,urban and rural construction,imperfect policy and regulation,frequent natural disasters etc.In order to ensure the ecological security of plough resources in China,it would be more concerns should be paid,and more measures should be takem.
