摘要
2007~2010年济南市区共出现39个局地短历时强降水日,由于南高北低的特殊地形,市区因排水不及造成道路积水、马路行洪、交通受阻等事情时有发生,甚至威胁人的生命。本文利用2007~2010年自动站资料和高空、地面资料以及多普勒雷达产品,分析了济南市区局地短历时强降水的年际、月际特征以及出现局地短历时强降水的主要时段和多发区域,分析了产生局地短历时强降水的不同天气系统和相关的预报指标,对今后济南市区局地短历时强降水预报有一定的指示意义。
From 2007 to 2010,there were 39 short-range precipitations in Jinan urban area.Because of the special terrain that the south is higher than the the north in Jinan there were many accidents such as water drainage Problems,road flood,and traffic congestion in rainy days,and this even threatens citizens'daily life.By using severe short-range precipitation data from 2007 to 2010,automatic weather stations observations data including high-altitude and surface data,and Doppler radar products,this paper analyses the annual, monthly,and intertemporal characteristics of severe short-range precipitation.It also analyses the time buckets and key rainfall areas of severe short-range precipitation.It has indicative significance for predication and early warning of severe short-range precipitation of Jinan.
