摘要
深入分析碳排放影响因素,构建碳减排潜力评价指标体系,运用因子分析和聚类分析方法,揭示碳减排潜力的区域差异并进行科学分类,在此基础上,根据全国二氧化碳减排目标,分别为不同类别区域设定碳减排目标,为我国科学确定与分解各地区碳减排目标提供方法支持。
The paper analyses carbon emission impact factor thoroughly,and establishes the evaluation system of carbon reduction.By adopting factor analysis and cluster analysis method,it reflects the regional difference of carbon reduction potential and makes the relational classification.On this basis,according to the national target of CO_2 emission reduction,the paper sets carbon reduction targets in different regions respectively.It provides theory and method support for making and decomposing regional targets of carbon reduction in China.
