基于因子分析的资源型城市主导产业选择研究

Study on Selection of Leading Industry in Resource-dependent Cities Based on the Factor Analysis

正确选择资源型城市的接替主导产业,是关系到资源型城市未来可持续发展的关键问题。本文在明确资源型城市主导产业选择思路的基础上,结合其构建原则,从产业关联、经济效益、比较优势、技术进步与就业、资源与环境五个方面建立了资源型城市主导产业选择的指标体系,并采用因子分析法对资源型城市接替主导产业选择进行了分析。最后以鸡西市为例进行了实证研究,通过选择若干成长性好、带动能力强,污染小、能耗少的产业作为其接替主导产业,推动鸡西市的产业转型和可持续发展。

In recent years,the development of the resourced-dependent city meets the challenge that never appeared before,with the resource drying up little by litde.Choosing a proper substituting industry is the pivotal issue to the resource-dependent city for its sustainable development.On the basis of changing ideas and principles on selecting leading industry,this paper sets up a series of indexes on selecting leading industry from five aspects such as industry conjunction,economic benefit,comparative advantage,technology & employment,and resource & environment.Then,it uses factor analysis to analyze how to select the new industry to substituting leading industry.Finally,this paper takes Jixi City as an example to select some substituting industries,which have rapid growth ability, strong stimulation to other industries,less pollution and less consumption of resources,in order to promote the industrial transition and improve the sustainable development of Jixi City.
