山西省环境库兹涅茨曲线特征及其影响因素分析

Analysis of Character and Influencing Factors of the Environmental Kuznets Curve in Shanxi Province

山西省作为我国的能源化工基地,在取得经济发展的同时造成了严重的环境污染问题。本文通过选取山西省人均工业三废排放量和人均GDP指标,模拟了山西省环境库兹涅茨曲线,结果显示,山西EKC基本存在,环境综合污染随经济增长不断恶化。为了进一步研究山西省环境污染变化的影响因素,本文运用了灰色关联度分析法,得出影响山西省环境库兹涅茨曲线的主要因素有经济规模、产业结构、环保投资、环保科技、技术进步及环保政策,并在此基础上,提出了解决山西省环境污染问题的几点建议。

As China's energy and chemical industry base,Shanxi Province has achieved impressive economic development,but at the same time,serious environmental problems coexist.In this paper,authors selected the emission of three industrial wastes and GDP per person as indexes to simulate the EKC of Shanxi Province.The results show that EKC exit in Shanxi Province and with the economic growth,the environmental pollution worsens.Furthermore,this paper used the gray correlation analysis to study factors to affect the environmental pollution in Shanxi Province.The conclusion is that the EKC of Shanxi Province was affected by economic scale,industrial structure,investment in environmental protection,environmental technology,technological progress and environmental policies.Based on the result,this paper came up with some suggestions to solve the environmental problems in Shanxi Province.
