矿山环境治理多元化投融资渠道探讨

Discussion of Diversified Investing and Financing Channels in Mine Environment Protection

经济的健康持续发展,必须考虑环境的承载力。由于我国在矿产资源开发利用中长期忽视环境保护,导致矿山环境受到严重破坏,由此而产生的经济损失,对居民人身安全的危害,社会损失等不可估量。近年来,我国积极拓宽环境保护投融资渠道,加大对矿山环境治理投资力度。但矿山环境治理现实投入与实际需求之间仍存在很大的资金缺口。本文对矿山环境治理的投融资渠道进行研究,分析我国矿山环境治理投融资渠道的现状及存在的问题,提出多元化投融资渠道的构想,并提出具体建议。

To develop the economy healthily and sustainably,it is necessary to take the environmental carrying capacity into consideration. Due to the ignorance of environmental protection when we explore and excavate the mineral resources in China,the mining environment has been polluted severely.The consequent loss,such as economic loss and the hazard to residents'health and safety,is immeasurable. In recent years,China has actively expanded the investing and financing channels in environment protection and boosted up the investment for mine environment protection.However,there still exists large capital gap between the real investment and actual demand in the mine environment protection.This paper studies the investing and financing channels in mine environment protection and analyzes its present situation and existing problems in China.In the end,the author puts forward the schema of diversified investing and financing channels and the specific suggestions for mine environment protection in China.
