Analysis and Countermeasure in the Income Disparity in China

改革开放30年来,我国经济快速发展,国民收入显著提高,随着经济的高速增长,随之而来的城乡、地区之间发展不均衡,不同人群、不同行业之间的收入差距日益显现。而贫富差距持续扩大,收入分配不公已成为社会舆论关注的焦点问题。通过对收入分配问题深入研究,探索采取切实可行的措施,如深化分配制度改革,完善收入分配调控政策、建立健全社会保障制度等,使地区之间、城乡之间、行业之间、群体之间收入差距趋向合理。

Due to the 30 years of the reform and opening-up,China has realized its remarkable improvement of economy and its steady growth of the national revenue.However,accompanied with the rapid development,the increasing gap of unequal development between regions and between urban areas and rural areas,inter-industry income disparity becomes more and more obvious.Base on the analysis of revenue allocation,the paper put forward some practicable measures,such as deepening reform of revenue allocation system,improving the regulation and control system of revenue allocation,and reforming the social security system,etc.so as to reduce the urban-rural, inter-region,inter-industry,and inter-group income disparities to a reasonable degree.
