浅析高校辅导员队伍建设——以西藏大学为例

On the Building of College Counselor Teams——taking Tibet university as an example

辅导员是高等院校教师队伍和管理队伍的重要组成部分,具有教师和干部的双重身份,是大学生思想政治教育最直接的组织者、实施者和指导者。辅导员的个人素质将直接影响到大学生素质教育的推进力度及学生个人未来发展。加强辅导员队伍建设无论是从国家的大政方针还是从高校实践的角度来看都是需要认真贯彻执行的。在实际操作中,应该结合学校实际,进一步完善辅导员思想政治建设体系,制定好辅导员队伍建设规划,扎实推进辅导员队伍建设,使辅导员在学生思想政治教育中发挥更大的作用。

College counselors are an important part of college teaching and administrative staff.With dual identity of teachers and administrators,they are the organizers,the executors and the directors of the ideological and political education in college students,so their personal qualities directly affect the development of college students' education for all-around development and their personal development.In keeping with state policies and principles as well as the development of colleges,it is necessary to build college counselor teams,and its ideological and political development should be further stressed on,and the policies of their payment,positions,professional titles and the like should be further improved.The plan of building college counselor teams should be worked out in order to promote the teams so as to have them play a more important role in the ideological and political education of college students.
