摘要
高校辅导员是开展思想政治教育工作的主力军,是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,是大学生的良师益友。西藏高校辅导员工作起步较晚,工作方式比较单一。文章认为,结合西藏高校学生的实际情况,探索高校辅导员思想政治教育有效途径,充分发挥高校辅导员的作用,将对我区高校思想政治教育工作、人才培养以及我区经济社会的发展产生深远影响。
College counselors are the main force to carry out the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and they are the guides and advisers for students to be able to grow up healthy and sound in all respects.College counselors come out relatively late,and their work is simple.In accordance with the actual situation of college students in Tibet,some effective method should be explored to bring college counselors into full play in the ideological and political education.It will have a great effect on college students' ideological and political education,qualified personnel training as well as economic and social development of Tibet.
