摘要
在西藏大学辅导员队伍配备不足的情况下,选拔品学兼优、能力较强的高年级学生担任辅导员助理协助辅导员管理低年级学生,既可以弥补辅导员一个人管理学生精力上的不足,有利于培养学生的组织管理能力,又能够大大提高辅导员管理的效率,有利于学生工作顺利开展,具有较强的现实意义。
Tibet University is undermanned counselors,so some outstanding and capable senior students are appointed to be counselors' assistants to serve junior students as counselors.It can not only fill up the lacking of counselors,but also is favor of cultivating students' ability in organization and management as well as enhancing the efficiency of counselors' management and the accomplishment of student work.Thus it has a strong practical significance.
