关于优化西藏大学国家助学金资助制度的几点思考

On Optimizing State Stipend System of Tibet University

文章以西藏大学现行的国家助学金评选办法、评选程序为研究对象,依据问卷法、访谈法等调研形式所采数据,对学校国家助学金评选过程、程序及资助效果进行分析,并在此基础上提出针对性的改进措施。

Taking Tibet University as the object of study,based on the data obtained through questionnaires and interviews the article analyzes the methods applied by Tibet University in selecting the students who are eligible for state stipend,the process and the respond of selection.Additionally,some improvement measures are suggested for the decision-makers.
