More than thirty years have elapsed sincethe initiation of reform and opening upin China. Over these years, the Chineseeconomy has maintained sustained rapiddevelopment, the economic aggregate hasexpanded and comprehensive nationalstrength has increased rapidly. China’sGDP in the second quarter of 2010 roseto US$1.33 trillion, making China theworld’s second largest economy.
