An Exploration and Some Reflections on Active Urbanization:A Case Study of Jiuxing Village,Qibao Township,Minhang District,Shanghai

自上而下的给予式被动模式,已不能适应城市化发展形势的变化。主动城市化是促进农村稳定、快速与和谐发展的可信赖凭仗,是处于城市化浪潮冲击下的农民为促进三农因素向城市因素转变,实现所在村域经济社会发展,因时顺势、主动选择、主动决策,经营可利用的各种资源,以非农产业为抓手,以城市化为追求,以长远利益为依归的可持续城市化发展模式。

A top-down passive urbanization pattern cannot meet the development requirements of urbanization.Active urbanization is a reliable path for promoting stable,rapid and harmonious development in rural areas, and is a sustainable urbanization pattern in which farmers,affected by the onrush of urbanization,manage all available resources while taking non- agricultural industry as the key,urbanization as the goal and their long-term interests as the end in view.This will enable them to realize a transformation from the factors of the'three rural issues'to urban factors,to keep up with the times and with developmental trends,and to make active choices and decisions on their own initiative.
