In 1912 the 13th Dalai Lama started his reforms for a new political system.The reforms involved in politics,economy,military affairs,culture,education,medical and health,and so on.The article analyzes the historical background of the reforms,and summarizes the contents and measures of the reform on education aiming to discuss the enlightenment of the 13th Dalai Lama's reforms brought to the Tibetan education.
