企业人力资本专用性投资动因及治理机制研究

摘要 专用性人力资本是企业核心竞争能力的源泉。欲激发专用性人力资本持续提供高质量劳动成果,企业就需要加大专用性投资力度,且需对治理机制做出相应调整。文章在系统探析企业人力资本专用性投资动因的基础上,通过构造模型,从多方面探讨了专用性人力资本的治理机制:利润分享机制,专用性投资机制,三项贴水机制,等等。
