西藏高校非师范类文科应用型人才培养的实践教学探索——以西藏大学为例

Probe on Practical Teaching of Applied Talents Cultivation in Non-teacher Major of Liberal Education in Tibet's Universities——Taking Tibet University as an Example

实践教学对提高学生综合素质,培养学生创新精神和实践能力,有着理论教学不可替代的特殊作用。近年来,西藏高校加强了实践教学的力度,但对于非师范类文科应用型人才培养的实践教学方面,还存在诸多问题。文章在分析西藏大学为代表的西藏高校非师范类文科应用型人才培养的实践教学的现状的基础上,就实践教学方面提出改革建议。

Teaching and learning in practical settings functions exclusively as for improving students' all-around quality and cultivating students' innovative spirit and practice ability.Tibet's universities have strengthened teaching and learning in practical settings in recent years,,but there remains so many problems of teaching and learning in practical settings with applied talents cultivation in non-teacher major of liberal education.Based on the analysis of the status of teaching and learning in practical settings with applied talents cultivation in non-teacher major of liberal education at Tibet University,it offers some tentative suggestions.
