摘要
本文采用参数法SFA分析我国单个高校的成本效率、技术效率、规模以及范围经济,发现我国某高校存在各种效率,同时发现教学评估对高校效率有直接影响,如评估前师生比大幅度提高,评估后整体效率有下降趋势,最后根据经验结果提出了政策建议。
Based on parametric SFA,the technical efficiency and cost efficiency,scale and scope economy of Chinese individual university are analyzed.It is found that all kinds of efficiency existing in a certain colleges and teaching assessment has a direct impact on the efficiency evaluation,such as the ratio between teacher and student raises substantially before evaluation and the overall efficiency shows a decline trend after evaluation.Based on the experience,policy suggestions are put forward.
