摘要
本文根据文献提出建立"教师课堂教学质量评估指标体系"的重要性和现实意义,首先根据对本科生的深度访谈,并结合相关文献确立评估指标的维度和最初的指标库,在专家对指标系统进行评估后,精简指标库。之后,通过大规模的问卷调查获得学生对指标的评价,之后通过因子分析、相关分析、信度和效度分析确定最终指标,通过结构方程方法来计算指标的权重,最终得出评价教师课堂教学质量的指标体系。
Based on the relevant literatures,the significant and real implication of building a 'teaching quality evaluation index system' is proposed.First,according to the in-depth interviews with the undergraduate students and relevant literatures,the dimensions of evaluation indicators and the initial item pool are identified.After the initial item pool is evaluated by some experts and the pool is purified,then a large-scale questionnaire survey is conducted to capture the students' evaluation though factor analysis,correlation analysis,reliability and validity analysis,the ultimate indexes are determined,and the structure equation model is used to get the index weights;finally the teaching quality evaluation index system is constructed.
