On the Impetus Given to the ChineseEconomy by Government Leadership ofEconomic Growth during China's Reformand Opening Up

改革开放以来,中国经济取得令人瞩目的发展,这种快速增长无疑得益于经济体制的变革。但中国转向市场经济,并不是放弃了党和政府对中国经济发展和现代化进程的领导。恰恰相反,正是在政府强有力的主导作用下,中国经济得到了快速发展。许多研究机构都曾认为政府主导的模式不利于经济发展,但中国改革开放以来30年经济发展的成功证明,党和政府的主导作用对中国经济增长是至关重要的。本文就政府主导对经济增长的具体作用进行了论述。

Since the implementation of the reform and opening up policy,China's economy has developed remarkably.This rapid economic growth hasundoubtedly benefited from reform of the economic system.However,China'sshift to a market economy does not mean abandoning Party and governmentleadership of the economic development and modernization process in China.On the contrary,strong government leadership has promoted rapid economicdevelopment.Many research bodies believed that a government-led model wasnot conducive to economic development;however,the success of economicdevelopment in the thirty years of reform and opening up shows that theleading role played by the Party and the government in the economic area hasbeen of vital importance to China's growth.This paper provides a descriptionand analysis of the specific role of Chinese government leadership in economicgrowth.
