高校从事"思想道德修养与法律基础"课教学的教师,担任着高校思想政治教育课的主要教学任务。在新世纪,高校思想政治教育面临着高校教学改革的挑战和加强自身生命力的挑战。教师作为思想政治教育的施教者,应该勇敢面对挑战,在教学中转变教学理念,积极探索新的教学教法,在遵循思想政治教育原则的大前提下,创造性的实现思想政治教育的价值和采取灵活的教学方法,使教学具有时代性、针对性和实效性。

The teachers in higher schools, who have the Ideological and Moral Education and Law Rudiments, take the main teaching tasks of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education faces the challenge of teaching reform and enhancing the vitality. As instructors of the ideological and political education, we should face the challenges and change our teaching concepts in the course of teaching, explore the new pedagogical methods based on the main principles of the ideological and political education. In doing so, we can make the teaching reflect changes of the times and more pertinently and effectively.
